Our mask is specifically made to fit your standards for a sleep mask. Crafted from 100% pure mulberry silk, inside and out, with two adjustable elastic straps that comfortably wrap around your ears. How to Adjust Your Mask for Perfect Comfort

Step 1:

Tighten Mask

Locate the top of the elastic strap on the outside of the bead. Gently pull the strap to make the mask snugger on your head.

Step 2:

Loosen Mask

Find the bottom of the elastic strap on the inside of the bead (between the bead and the mask). Pull this strap to loosen the mask if it feels too tight.

Step 3:

Find Your Perfect Fit

Adjust back and forth between tightening and loosening until the mask feels secure and comfortable. It should sit snugly without pulling on your ears.

Mask should fit snug but not tug on ears.

Is the mask machine washable?

Yes! The mask is machine washable.

We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and laying flat to dry. However, do not put it in the dryer, as this can cause the filling to clump.

For best results and to help your Sleep E-Z mask last longer, we recommend hand washing and laying flat to air dry.

Is it fully blackout?

Yes! Our mask is fully blackout.

It's made with an opaque, light-blocking fabric and designed to sit comfortably and securely on your face. The dual adjustable straps help keep it in place through the night, which minimizes light leakage from shifting.

Do the ear straps wear out quickly?

No — the ear straps are made with durable elastic designed to hold their shape with regular use. As long as they’re handled normally and not overstretched, they’re built to last.

Will it hurt my ears?

Not at all! I designed Sleep E-Z to feel gentle — not tight or bulky.

The elastic is soft and lightweight, so it won’t dig in. And the adjustable bead is flat and smooth, so there’s no poking or uncomfortable pressure while you sleep.

You should forget you’re even wearing it — that’s the goal.
