Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@sleep-ez.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will replace or refund your order promptly.
