Refund policy
We want you to love your Sleep E-Z mask! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for the return. Ship the product back in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
Want a different color or replacement? Let us know in your return request — we’ll happily exchange your mask at no additional cost.
Important Notes
Sleep E-Z masks are personal care items, so for hygiene reasons, returned masks must be unused and in original packaging.
Damaged or worn items cannot be accepted.
