This confirms we received your order but does not guarantee acceptance — see “Order Cancellation” below.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@sleep-ez.co.

After this window, orders may have already been processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.


Changes to Your Order

Requests to change product type, quantity, or shipping address must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed.


Returns & Exchanges

For all returns and exchanges, please see our Return Policy.

Sleep E-Z masks must be unused and in original packaging for all return requests.


Refunds

Refunds for canceled orders or approved returns will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the item arrives damaged or defective.


Backorders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified via email.

You may choose to wait for restock or cancel the backordered item for a full refund.
